Projects begin with a workshop to discuss the challenge, co-designing the solution and defining technical requirements, after which we agree the scope, budget and timeframe. We also agree a Service Level Agreement (SLA) covering availability, maintenance and technical support to the client's requirements.

Contracted Development

Led by our clients, we often develop and deliver solutions under contract, often as project partners, where we contribute our experience and expertise along with our technology to deliver a richer and more impactful solution than the budget and timescales typically allow.

Mapping and Location

Users often expect more information that includes mapping and geographic information. We also know that government and planning authorities increasingly require reporting in GIS-enabled data formats.

We're experienced in digitising existing guidebooks, synchronising with external data sources and, powered by our Find My Sport platform, offering a web-based self-service portal, with additional benefits unique to our platform.

Our web-page plugin can be installed on any site and be configured to your particular needs, such as a club-finder for your governing body. If desired, we can link in any (or all) of our standard datasets, or public datasets from other organisations. Many options, and always on a win-win-win basis.

Academic Research

Support for academic research runs deep within our technology, offering consents-based access to specified participant data and metrics, supplemented with surveys where needed.

Our commitment to GDPR compliance greatly simplifies data management for academic institutions.

The platform excels at temporal and longitudinal studies, as well as extracting the required data in a format best suited for further analysis, often anonymised for improved compliance.

Managed Rollout

On a practical note, we frequently help clubs and federations in the rollout of the solution, including bulk data imports, webinars and trainer education.
