An Erasmus+ project empowering breast cancer survivors through physical activity, education, and social connection.
EmpowerHer is a European initiative co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme, designed to support women who have survived breast cancer.
The project focuses on improving survivors’ physical, emotional, and social well-being through tailored health-related physical activity (HRPA), educational resources, and community-based support.
Developed in collaboration with universities, research centres, and NGOs across Europe, EmpowerHer promotes gender-sensitive, inclusive, and evidence-based practices to help survivors rebuild confidence, connect with others, and sustain long-term wellness after treatment.
Surpass Sport Systems are Work Package leader and responsible for delivering the mobile app and practitioner portal central to this project, all powered by our secure and scalable SURPASSPORT platform.
