Top reasons why clubs, schools and sports organisations choose us
COVID-19 Return to Sport protocol for Club & Sports Body
We will encode your protocol requirements, integrate it completely into management workflows, taking care of Self-declarations, Contact-tracing and Data Protection.
Communicating securely with youths
Adult volunteers must not communicate directly with children, but few teenagers want to message through their parents. Our Safeguarding-first approach provides a secure and favoured solution.
Simplify reporting of workload for development squads
Managing athlete workload is important, but especially so when they play multiple sports and represent multiple clubs. This is the reason we founded SURPASSPORT!
Support athletes in their recovery from injury
Injuries happen as bodies are pushed to the limit. But coach(es) can help the athlete to full recovery to avoid a relapse or re-injury. SURPASSPORT coordinates communications and recovery status with all coaches across all clubs and school.
Determine athlete biological maturation status
Look at any group of 13 year olds. How can the late developers compete with the almost adults? Yet, sport favours the early developers. We help offset this bias to restore focus on developing the adult player.
Allow athletes to self-report biometric values
Some sports require a regular tracking of measures. SURPASSPORT enables coach to configure a schedule gathering of such values from each member of the squad.
Ensure better mixing at training sessions
Large groups or development squads require a conscious effort to minimise barriers amongst the players. Enable Bib allocation to introduce structured mixing to your sessions.
Manage team selection from large squads
80 kids. 4 league games. No streaming. You only want to pick the teams after you know who is coming. Available and assignment to teams are easily separated, with parents and players automatically notified.
Monitor volunteer vetting expiry
With larger clubs relying on hundreds of volunteers, keeping track of when they expire becomes a real chore, compounded at committee handover needs a better solution. SURPASSPORT will automatically notify both the volunteer and Safeguarding officer as expiry approaches, and optionally locks expired volunteers from accessing underage and vulnerable member details.
Early warning on athlete burnout and dropout
Clubs worried about dwindling numbers in teenage squads wish for an advance signals on wavering members. We can configure such an alert to address your organisations needs, permitting a proactive intervention with the member and perhaps to identify coach education needs in the process.

Frequently asked questions
Some of our more common questions.
How do I get started for my club?
The easiest is to ask us for the setup template for a pilot with one team. Once up, start using it and when ready, add in the remaining teams. You can do it all, but remember: we’re here to help, and only charge €100 (incl. VAT) to complete the set up.
What if my club or school doesn't use SURPASSPORT?
Invite them 🙂 In your “Athlete Profile” view, click the [+] Add Squad and complete the pop-up form. This will then send your introduction and explain the benefits of sharing a connected view of underage athletes.
Can I use SURPASSPORT for myself?
Of course! Some of our users have benefited from coordinating their weekends between parents, especially where teenagers are involved, as they can also access their own profiles.
What sports can SURPASSPORT support?
All sports! We host teams and clubs from Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Boxing, GAA, Handball, Hockey, Rugby, Soccer, Tennis and growing …
Can SURPASSPORT share data with other Apps?
SURPASSPORT is designed as an “Open” platform, where external applications can exchange data, subject to the appropriate user’s consent. Please contact us if you have a particular requirement or would like your platform to talk to ours.
How are notifications sent?
Messages are always available on the SURPASSPORT home screen and are actively notified depending on user preference, including push notifications, an email digest and optionally by SMS.
Who can access my child's data?
In short: guardians, their team coach(es) and club officers. Users must have a formal connection with the athlete profile, based on the role(s) that they hold. Once that role is removed, access is instantly revoked.
What security measures does SURPASSPORT employ?
All data is encrypted while transmitted across the internet. Sensitive data is also encrypted in our database. And, of course, all users need to be logged-in to access.
What happens if I get stuck?
Ask us! For us, its a learning opportunity: to improve our usability, our technology or our documentation. Send an email to hello@surpassport.com and we’ll get you going again.
What does it cost?
Clubs pay €10 per month, but there is no charge for a single team or household. We also charge fair fee for services provided.
